What is Raudio?

Raudio is an iPhone and Apple CarPlay app that prepares a spoken news bulletin personalized to your route time.

Who prepares the bulletins?

The bulletin texts are written from news sources by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini), and the voice is produced synthetically by ElevenLabs. Artificial intelligence can make mistakes; check important information at its source.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Settings and tap the "Hesabı sil" ("Delete account") button. Your account and all your data are permanently deleted from our servers.

How can I download my data?

The "Verilerimi indir" ("Download my data") button in Settings gives you everything stored in your account as a single JSON file.

How do I turn off my listening preference or e-mail permission?

In the "Tercihlerin" ("Your preferences") section of Settings you can turn off the "Dinleme alışkanlıklarım" ("My listening habits") and "Yenilik e-postaları" ("News e-mails") switches at any time.

Why is location permission requested?

To calculate the route time and to speak arrival and traffic alerts aloud while a bulletin plays. Your location coordinates are not sent to our servers.

Personal data requests

You can send your requests under the Turkish data protection law (KVKK) from the e-mail address registered in the app to raudio.destek@fistteknoloji.com, to the KEP address fistteknoloji@hs01.kep.tr, or in writing to our head office address. For details, see the Data Protection Notice.
